Terms & Conditions
1.1 The Family Colouring Competition Giveaway (“Promotion”) is a free-entry promotional game conducted by the Promoter to promote its real estate services and business.
1.2 Entry into the Promotion is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 By entering the Promotion, entrants or their parent/legal guardian, where applicable, agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2.1 The Promotion is open to residents of all ages, subject to these Terms & Conditions, except:
2.2 The Promoter may require a winner to provide reasonable evidence of age, identity and eligibility before awarding the prize.
3.1 To enter, participants must colour in the official competition letter, complete the required contact details at the bottom of the page and submit their completed entry using one of the following methods:
3.2 Entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible.
3.3 Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.
3.4 No purchase or transaction with the Promoter is required to enter.
3.5 The Promotion Period runs from 1 November 2026 to 11 December 2026, inclusive.
3.6 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, received after the closing date or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
3.7 The Promoter is not responsible forentries that are lost, delayed, damaged, incorrectly submitted or not received.
4.1 There is one prize available to be won, consisting of:
4.2 The total prize value will be determined by the retail value of the slushy machine at the time of the Promotion.
4.3 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
4.4 The cinema gift card is subject tothe issuing provider’s terms, conditions and expiry date, where applicable.
4.5 If any component of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with another item of equalor greater value, subject to applicable law.
4.6 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for additional costs associated with accepting or using the prize, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
5.1 The winner will be selected atrandom from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
5.2 The draw will take place at Shop17b/3 Cottonwood Place, Oxenford, Queensland, on 14 December 2026 at12:00 pm.
5.3 The winner will be notified by telephone using the contact details provided with their entry. Where the winneris under 18 years of age, the Promoter may contact their parent or legalguardian.
5.4 The Promoter may announce the winner’s first name or other appropriate identifying details on its website orsocial media channels, subject to applicable privacy laws and, where relevant, parent or guardian consent.
5.5 If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner within one day of the draw, or the winner is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may conduct a further draw from the remaining eligible entries, subject to applicable law.
5.6 The prize must be collected or arranged for delivery as agreed with the Promoter. Any collection or delivery arrangements will be communicated to the winner.
6.1 The Promoter collects personal information including the entrant's name, email address, telephone number and other information provided through the entry form for the purposes of administering the Promotion, contacting the winner and otherwise managing the entrant's participation.
6.2 Where an entrant is under 18 years of age, the Promoter will take appropriate steps to obtain parent or legal guardian consent where required.

6.4 By entering the Promotion, entrants and, where applicable, their parent or legal guardian acknowledge that personal information may be collected and used for the purposes described in these Terms & Conditions.
7.1 Entering the Promotion does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive direct marketing.
7.2 Entrants may separately choose to provide consent to receive marketing communications from the Promoter by selecting the relevant marketing consent option on the entry form.
7.3 Where valid marketing consent is provided, the Promoter may use the relevant contact details to send information about property listings, real estate services,market updates, events, competitions, promotions and other relevant offers.
7.4 Marketing communications may be sent by email, SMS, telephone, post or other permitted communication channels.
7.5 Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time by using the unsubscribe facility provided in electronic marketing communications or by contacting the Promoter at:

7.6 The Promoter will comply with applicable privacy and direct-marketing laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), where applicable.
7.7 Where applicable, marketing communications will identify the Promoter and provide an easy means of opting out of future marketing communications.
The Promoter recommends that the following checkbox appear separately from the mandatory competition entry acceptance on the entry form.
9.1 The Promoter will take reasonable steps to protect personal information collected through the Promotion from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access.
9.2 Personal information will only be used or disclosed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
9.3 Individuals may contact the Promoter to request access to or correctionof personal information held by the Promoter, subject to applicable law.
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
10.2 The Promoter may cancel, modify, suspend or withdraw the Promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable law.
10.3 The Promoter's decisions concerning the Promotion are final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
11.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or delay suffered in connection with entering the Promotion or accepting or using the prize.
11.2 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, warranty, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland,Australia.
12.2 Any dispute arising in connection with the Promotion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
